Munaypaka is a Peruvian luxury brand specializing in 100% Alpaca and Baby Alpaca garments for men, women and children. The name comes from the Quechua language and means "Love for Alpaca." We are headquartered in Lima, Peru, and we export to France, Canada, the United States, and growing markets worldwide. We are certified members of the International Alpaca Association (AIA).

What makes Alpaca and Baby Alpaca special?

Alpaca fiber is hypoallergenic (no lanolin), three times warmer than sheep wool, incredibly lightweight, and extraordinarily durable. Baby Alpaca, the finest grade from the first shearing, measures just 18-22 microns, comparable to the finest cashmere but far more sustainable. Peru is home to 87% of the world's alpaca population.

What certifications does Munaypaka hold?

Munaypaka is a certified member of the International Alpaca Association (AIA). Our fiber suppliers, Michell Group and Incatops, hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 2, GOTS, RAS (Responsible Alpaca Standard), NATIVA Precious Fiber, and RWS certifications, guaranteeing quality, full traceability and ethical sourcing.

How can I partner with or buy from Munaypaka?

We offer three models: Brand Development (white-label production under your brand, MOQ 50 units, 3-week sampling, 8-12 week production), B2B Resale (introduce Munaypaka in your boutique or e-commerce), and Partnership (become our official country representative). We are seeking partners in Germany, Switzerland, UK, Japan, UAE and Australia.

Do you ship internationally? What are the payment terms?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Lima, Peru. Payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% before shipping. We accept wire transfer (T/T) and irrevocable Letter of Credit confirmed at sight (L/C).

Yes. Alpaca naturally has one of the smallest environmental footprints of any textile fiber. We source exclusively from certified suppliers (RAS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX). 01Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.munaypaka.com (the "Site"), operated by Munaypaka S.A.C. By browsing the Site, contacting us through our forms, or requesting commercial information, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.

02Nature of the Site

The Site serves an informational and B2B (business to business) lead-generation purpose. Munaypaka S.A.C. designs, produces, and exports alpaca and baby alpaca garments under three business models: brand development / white label, wholesale, and country-level brand partnership. The Site is not an e-commerce store with direct consumer checkout; prices, catalogs, and technical sheets shown are indicative and subject to formal quotation, raw-material availability, and commercial terms agreed in writing with each client.

03Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, lookbooks, garment designs, logos, the "Munaypaka" brand, and other graphic elements — is owned by Munaypaka S.A.C. or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under Peruvian intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without Munaypaka S.A.C.'s prior written authorization is prohibited.

04Permitted Use

Users agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law, public order, and these Terms, and to refrain from: (i) using the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; (ii) attempting to access restricted areas or Munaypaka S.A.C.'s computer systems; (iii) introducing viruses or other malicious code; and (iv) systematically extracting or reusing Site content for commercial purposes without authorization.

05Certifications and Sustainability Claims

References to certifications (including AIA membership, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS, NATIVA™ Precious Fiber, RAS, RWS, and RMS) correspond to Munaypaka S.A.C. and/or its certified fiber suppliers. These certifications may be updated, renewed, or modified according to each certifying body's audit processes. Munaypaka S.A.C. makes supporting documentation available to B2B clients upon formal request.

06Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites (fiber suppliers, certifying bodies, trade shows). Munaypaka S.A.C. does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites.

07Limitation of Liability

Munaypaka S.A.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by Peruvian law, Munaypaka S.A.C. shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

08Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru, with the parties expressly waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply, unless mandatory law in the client's country provides otherwise for international commercial relationships.
